Feature Overview
Integration with Microsoft MapPoint® business mapping software makes route planning and geographic analysis part of customer management. This solution is currently available “out of the box” for the United States market only. This solution uses the MapPoint Web-based solution to display customer locations on maps to assist in route planning. It uses the core Axapta customer record and can also be accessed from within Axapta Sales and Marketing.
