If you are setting up trade allowance agreements then likely you are affecting the company profitability because you are giving away a discount, credit or paying out funds. There is an approval step on the form you can use to move the agreement into the internal approved state. If you want a little more internal control you can setup the internal approval step to be control by workflow.
