On-premises останется. Просто будет выбор.
HTML5 скорее для any device ERP. Для тех же планшетов и других мобильных устройств. Это действительно насущно и при работе на складах и в сельском хозяйстве. Хотя и сейчас Windows Tablets с полноценной OS вполне могут быть использованы.
То есть я думаю что это больше конкуренция по части мобильности и "современного" UI. А облака только как опция для тех кому подойдет. Лишаться серьезных клиентов кто держит все у себя никто не будет.
Rainer - это то что заставляет рыдать или просто непролазный сезон дождей?
