Попробуйте обновить клиента до SP4. Не факт, что это именно Ваша проблема, но вот, что мне удалось найти в FixList'е:

Detailed Description: • Problem
SQL database driver became overloaded because of the large list of bound parameters formed in the SQL statement. This was caused by the complex WHERE clause that was formed if the number of users or companies was high. An error message was shown upon Microsoft Axapta start-up when there were more than 1000 users connected to a user group and sys_open_domain right was switched off.
• Solution
To prevent overloading the SQL database driver the check is done against a manually formed list of companies/users.
