     Few days back i came across a very interesting feature in Axapta. It is about creating code for inserting a record in a table, generally for which we take a long time looking in to the enum and etc... Believe me you can do all that in one go just try this out....
 
Select any form, say for ex: chart of Accounts
1.Right Click and Choose "Recordinfo" from the options,
 
                                
 
 
2. a form like the one shown will appear, just click on "script" button and the code to insert a record in leder table is copied to the clipboard,

 
  
                                    
                    
 
3. Finally Paste in a job or wherever you want..... Very simple
