You are writing canvas apps and Flows, but what happens if you get hit by a bus? How do you make sure that someone will be able to edit them in the future?

Option 1: add them to a solution. If you create your Flow or canvas app in a solution, Flows and canvas apps are stored in the Common Data service, and they will be findable from the solution as well as the default solution for your environment.

Option 2: if you can’t use a solution, create your App or Flow as a service account, and then share it with yourself as a co-owner. That way other administrators will be able to get to your app or flow if you aren’t there.
